SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

For digital products - such as courses, e-books, downloadables, you will not receive any physical products in the mail.

All our products will be delivered to you via email after your checkout is completed.

If you do not receive your digital product login info within 2 hours of checkout, please reach out to [email protected] and our team will help you as soon as possible.

For physical products - suggested delivery timeframes are listed on the checkout page for each product. 

All our products will be delivered to you within said timeframe to the best of our ability. Keeping in mind postage is out of our control and will aim to find a solution if any problems are to arise.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Digital Products/Ticketed Events: Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds.

Physical Products: All purchases are final and are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace your order.
